Our delicious quality food is always fresh and never processed. Made from scratch at our convenient location in Charleston's Westside food mecca, 706 Central Avenue.

Events and Information
COVID 19 UPDATE: Starting May 26th, The Shape Shop Cafe will be transitioning into our full-time hours. Mon through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Tuesdays open until 6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 3:00pm. As per the state regulations, we'll be at a 50% capacity at the Cafe and we will continue to use all the required safeguards to maintain safety for customers and our staff. Before the pandemic, our lunch business was booming at our new location. We'd like to see our health conscience customers back. Also, don't forget our Great Cafe Giveaway (free t-shirt with a purchase of at least $35 dollars) while supplies last!
