The Oglala Sioux Lakota Nursing home is a 60 bed long term care facility with a 12 bed memory care unit. We provide our residents with consistently high quality of care in a home like environment. We were founded on the simple but innovative vision: to provide a continuum of excellent care and services to the aging in a spirit of love, respect and compassion, while honoring the culture of the Oglala Nation.
