We have been YOUR local non-profit hospice for over 25 years. We service nine counties in our area: Bulloch, Jenkins, Screven, Candler, Evans, Tattnall and parts of Emanuel, Effingham and Bryan. We will care for you or your loved ones wherever you call home; your personal home, a nursing home, an assisted living or even in our beautiful Residential or Inpatient Center.

Events and Information
Denim and Diamonds Gala Benefit: Saturday, October 17, 2020 6:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. with Heavy Hors D'oeuvres, Live Band, Dancing, and Silent Auction. $50.00 pp.
Annual Chicken BBQ November 6, 2020 from 11:00am-2:00pm. $8.00 per plate, drive-up and pick-up your lunch. Includes 1/2 Chicken, corn-on-the-cob, green beans, bread and dessert.
