From red tide monitoring and research to improve public health, to sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation, to coral restoration to bring Florida's Coral Reef back to life, we're dedicated to today's research for tomorrow's oceans.
Events and Information
Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium has made adjustments to our public offerings to prevent further spread of COVID19, including closing Mote Aquarium to the public. However, that doesn't mean that care for our animals, conducting world-class research, or bringing marine science and STEM to children, has stopped.
