Dailey Company is still operating on our normal schedule and 24/7 emergency service all while taking prudent steps to ensure our continued delivery of excellent electrical, HVAC, and plumbing services while keeping our team members and valued customers as safe as possible. As we are entering your home, Dailey Company is mindful of the extra care and caution needed to protect the health of your family and our technicians.

Besides our traditional “floor savers” which all technicians wear over their shoes while in your home, our team will use hand sanitizer both before entering and after leaving your home, and will clean the tools utizilized on the job. While we usually ask our technicians to greet you with a handshake, we will ask that for this time period, they refrain from any physical contact and welcome you with a warm verbal greeting.

Dailey Company is monitoring our technicians and making sure that only those who are healthy and who have not traveled to areas where there is a Level 3 travel health restriction are servicing our customers. In turn, we ask that all customers notify our customer service representatives if you or anyone in your home has traveled to an area where the virus is active.
