Backwoods Wild Game Processing & Specialty Meats. We are a family owned and operated business with strong ties to the Community and Hurting Community. We strive to not only provide great tasting food; we strive to serve our community, specializing in variety of meats and sausages. We use only Hickory and Pecan wood to smoke with (we never use liquid smoke, chips, saw dust, or pellets.) We feel this mix of real wood gives you the taste of "back when your grandad smoke in the old smoke house."
